Fresh Beauty have launched a new eye cream that uses a retinol alternative and I have been really enjoying it. Here’s what you need to know about the Fresh Black Tea Anti-Aging Eye Cream.

My Review of Fresh Black Tea Anti-Aging Eye Cream
I first discovered this eye cream in a brilliant Fresh facial with Katharine Mackenzie Paterson at her Hanover Square location. This is a new and improved formulation of the Black Tea Eye Cream and this one is powered by a a retinol-like blend of black tea and rambutan leaf extracts, called BT Matrix.
It is all about boosting collagen to support the delicate skin around the eyes. I am a big believer in using a dedicated products to look after the eye area and this one is absolutely brilliant to use.
It has a really beautiful texture that is rich yet light, and it instantly plumps up the eye area, and sits really well under makeup. The texture reminds me a bit of one of my favourite eye creams, the Sisley Integral Anti-Age eye cream which is super balmy and very smoothing. Fresh Black Tea Anti-Aging Eye Cream is slightly lighter in consistency, but still great a delivering an instant plumping.
I think it’s great for smoothing fine lines and I find that the hydration it imparts is nice and long lasting.
It has Vitamin C to brighten too, so if you are concerned with any darkness around the eye area, this could be a really good one to try.
