How to use the La Mer Deep Purifying Mask
This mask comes with a beautiful brush to apply the formula onto the skin, and also a sponge to remove the mask with.
You just need to brush a generous layer on to the skin and then allow it to dry for 10 minutes. Once dry, remove the mask with the damp sponge and then rinse to remove any last traces.
Then continue with your regular skincare. The mask can be used up to three times a week, although I think once a week will be sufficient if you are not overly oily.
My Review of La Mer Deep Purifying Mask
I love a purifying mask and this one was particularly pleasant to use. The mask has a beautiful creamy texture which smooths over the skin in the most luxurious way. It feels refreshing and cooling, but also really gentle and soothing.
The brush is perfectly shaped to apply the mask and it’s really fun to use. The colour is so rich which adds to the fun element.
While the La Mer Deep Purifying Mask dries, it doesn’t feel tight or stripping, as some detox masks can. It is super comfortable and you can pretty much forget about it as you wait for it to dry.
Removal is easy. You just wet the sponge and gently remove the product from the skin. It is super soft, so there’s no scratching or pulling.
It leaves the skin feeling and looking super fresh and clear. I often suffer with a bit of congestion on the sides of my chin, and these areas felt smoother even after the first use. Very impressive. I look forward to making this a part of my weekly skincare routine.
